This is my first post and will probably be delete relatively soon. A blog without a post, however, seems a bit naked and my conscience simply can't allow that.
My goal for this blog is as of yet fully undefined.
A financial blog? Perhaps. But another English Major has already defined herself as the cream of the crop and the top of the top and it's duly deserved. The blog is fantastic and I have derived many a tip from her blog myself.
A literary blog? Mark Sarvas has me beat -- though he does cater to a slightly, oh, specialized group of cats and there certainly isn't a casual reader among them. That said, my own blog will not follow in his foot steps.
An emotionally selfish, no-holds-barred glimpse into the life of a soon-to-be-college graduate with a knack for writing, a love for books, and a desire to communicate this to the world? Eff that noise. If you're looking for celebrity gossip (I crack myself up), you really need to be reading Perez.
Alas, it remains to be seen. It will probably become a hodge-podge collection of bits of genius (not mine), amateur musings (mine), and maybe a handful of life lessons for those of us who, unfortunately, are entering into the Real World without a signing bonus or even--let's be honest--a clear idea of where we're going.
